User Agreement

This User Agreement applies to your account and interactions with SapTour, available at https://saptour.com and operated by Le Cheng Travel Limited.

Account registration

You may browse SapTour as a guest or create an account using supported login methods, including email-based login or Google login where available. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities under your account.

Accurate information

You agree to provide true, current, and complete information when registering, contacting customer support, using the AI chatbot, or placing a booking.

Orders and consent

Submitting a booking request or completing payment means you authorize SapTour and its suppliers to process the booking using the information you provide. Product-specific terms shown on the product page, checkout page, confirmation email, or voucher apply to the booking.

Fraud prevention

SapTour may cancel, suspend, or refuse orders or accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or inconsistent with supplier or payment-provider requirements.

Communications

You agree that SapTour may contact you by email or other contact methods you provide regarding bookings, customer support, refunds, policy updates, and service-related notices.
