Payment timing

Payment must be completed before a booking is confirmed unless expressly stated otherwise. For products requiring supplier confirmation, payment authorization or collection may be processed before final supplier confirmation.

Currency and fees

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout page. Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment service provider may charge currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges. These third-party fees are not controlled by SapTour.

Failed or declined payments

If payment is declined, expired, reversed, flagged for review, or not completed, SapTour may not be able to confirm the booking. You may need to use another payment method or contact customer support.

Payment security

SapTour may use third-party payment processors to process payments securely. SapTour does not ask customers to send card details by email.
